A PhD candidate at the department of urban studies. Eigo Tateishi is interested in analyses using GIS (Geographical Information System) on various urban phenomena such as transportation and commuting behaviors, real estate price change, land use change, migration and segregation, and urban ecology. He is currently working actively for several research projects on real estate science and transportation geography & economics. He also takes teaching responsibilities for courses about introductory statistical analysis as well as spatial statistical analysis.
