PhD in Sociology, lecturer in Working Life Science. Research areas: Work organisation and management/leadership in the service sector, Japanese production concepts and Lean Production with focus on teamwork and trust between managers and employees. Project leader for a project on the conversion strategies of the truck and bus producing company Scania. The project was ended in April 2014. Editor for the book ”Lean i arbetslivet” (Lean in working life. Liber, 2013). Project leader for pilot studies of work organisation in Health care. Per Sederblad is a teacher and researcher at Urban Studies at Malmö University.
