Tuija Muhonen is Professor in Work Science and Associate Professor in Psychology. Director of Centre for Work Life and Evaluation Studies – CTA. Current research focuses upon organisational and social work environment issues. Other research interests are gender equality in academia; career development and leadership, from a gender perspective.
