Jeanette Eriksson
Senior Lecturer

Areas of application I like to work with are health and well-being. I am interested in how digital artifacts can be designed to promote health and well-being in a way that is motivating over time. My research can be summed in two main areas:

  1. Learning and training in combination with digital technology.
  2. End-User Development with focus on tailoring and customization. Use is always associated with some kind of learning and in order to maintain interest, digital technology needs to be adapted over time.

I like to work (but not exclusively) with game-like artifacts. This may be in combination with sensors, for example psychophysiological or location-based sensors.

I am also interested in the possibilities of smart textiles and clothing to promote health and well-being.
