Som forskare och universitetslektor i pedagogik och naturvetenskapernas didaktik fokuserar jag på hur lärande och undervisning implementeras lokalt i samverkan med globala kontexter. Begreppet ’global learning for sustainable development’ (GLSD) bygger på lokalt lärande utifrån platser i den omgivande naturen. Variationen i kunskapsbildning i lokal-globala undervisningssituationer bygger på grundläggande erfarenheter av att vara lärare och pedagogisk utvecklare. Doktorsavhandlingen är tillgänglig här Learning and teaching sustainable development in global-local contexts!

Ingår i nytt utvecklings- och forskningsprojekt inom mitt fält då Skolforskningsinstitutet beviljat oss medel under Anne Harjus ledning (2017-2019) för Opening up new spaces for preschool education in a diverse and migrating world.
